Tempest Security AB (publ)

Etemad Group AB and Shipbridge Holding AB have entered into an agreement to jointly acquire shares corresponding to 11 percent of the total number of shares in Tempest Security AB (publ). We are pleased to see Alireza Etemad and Jari Burmeister as new long-term owners as well as the proposed nomination of them as new board members. We are confident that Alireza and Jari will actively contribute to the company's continued growth journey.
