We have acted as financial and strategic advisor to Tribox Group AB (publ) regarding a directed share issue of SEK 20 million, to finance the acquisition of filter company Svenska Fleet Tec AB.
Tribox Group is a niche environmental technology group specializing in advanced fuel efficiency solutions and lubrication with a strong M&A pipeline. The company has been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market since 2019.
The acquisition marks Tribox Group’s first step toward building a larger industry group.
